For Premier Tours holidays – please refer to the separate Terms and Conditions sent with your holiday confirmation.
Premier Tours day trips are to be paid in full one month before travel and are non-refundable / non-transferrable. Premier Tours reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings.
Our day trips and holidays are priced for seniors. If any of your party is not a senior, please let us know at the time of booking. We will not be held responsible for incorrect entrance tickets at venues.
Any bank charges incurred through returned cheques will be passed onto the lead passenger with an administration fee to cover our costs.
Please make sure that you are at your pick up point 15 minutes before your departure time. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for late passengers as it has a knock on effect with our schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure that you know your pick up location and time detailed overleaf.
Once out on the day trip, please make sure you listen to the instructions of the driver for your return pick up. We are unable to delay the return for late passengers and will not be held liable for your return journey expenses.
We may occasionally take photographs to be used for marketing purposes.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost personal belongings.
Our management reserves the right to refuse our service at any given time. Aggressive or rude behaviour will not be tolerated and could result in your bookings being cancelled.
Seat numbers although allocated are NOT guaranteed. Sometimes changes need to be made to accommodate different needs. Seat belts MUST be worn whilst on board.
The lead passenger (person who makes the booking) is responsible for their group.
Any damage to the vehicle and/or its fittings must be paid for. A charge will be made to the lead passenger (person who made the booking)
For overseas journeys, it is your responsibility to remember your passport.
Cancellations and Breakdowns: We keep our vehicles serviced and maintained to the highest standard, however, breakdown, accidents, road closures and traffic delays are inevitable.
If the vehicle is late or has broken down or any traffic related delays, this will not justify the client for a refund and we would try to make alternative arrangements.
PREMIER TOURS accepts no other responsibility or liability for any costs either direct or indirect arising from traffic delays, breakdowns or cancellations at venues due to weather.
PREMIER TOURS is not responsible for any unforeseeable event that may happen during the journey to customers, vehicles, drivers, entertainers or members of the public.
PREMIER TOURS reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
